Marianne Viray is a nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to civic engagement and democratic vitality. She currently serves as Executive Director of Disagree Better, a national initiative chaired by Governor Spencer Cox, championing healthy conflict as a catalyst for better policy outcomes. Marianne’s work has spanned from field research to leadership roles. Her research has supported investigative journalism on campaign finance and has been cited by the Supreme Court. She served as the founding Managing Director for Senator John McCain’s The Reform Institute and the Campaign Legal Center.
